Book Review – A Curse So Dark and Lonely

“I was not mocking you, my lady.” I pause, but she says nothing. “Ironrose is not enchanted.” She speaks from just on the other side of the wood. “Fine. Then what is it?” “Cursed.”

“It is not the moment of passing that is most important. It is all the moments that come before.”

“I am always surprised to discover that when the world seems darkest, there exists the greatest opportunity for light.”

Book- A Curse So Dark and Lonely
Author- Brigid Kemmerer
Genre- Fantasy & Fiction
This book is a retelling of fairy tale but in a modern world. The characters are my favourite of all. Grey, I LOVE HIM. I loved the story too. This book made me go all mushy about the characters. Harper, who is just a another girl in the city. And then she became Princess of Disi. The book ends with the twist which I did not see coming. I really had so much fun reading this book.

I read this book in a readalong by @tbb_box . I have started the second book too. I have been reading so many books together and I want to complete them all at once.
